We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Psych Nurse to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to adults with mental health needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year - Nursing experience
