**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care to medically fragile children and adults in a ICF setting
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care

**Requirements:**
* Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
* BSN degree or higher
* 1+ year of experience in a Medically Fragile Children and Adult ICF setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
