Job Title: Software Data Support SpecialistThe Software Data Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to our Smartwyre customers after they complete their onboarding onto our platform. This role involves guiding customers through data handling processes, troubleshooting, and enhancing their overall experience.
The ideal candidate will balance hands-on support with directing customers to resources in the help center to solve problems. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with customers to identify issues and re-training on core concepts where necessary.
- Helping customers understand the lifecycle of their data and where in our platform they can find their records.
- Tracking data through various systems such as PSQL, Snowflake, and Azure to understand where the issue is.
- Training customers on best practices for data uploads and the software's functionality.
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting tool enhancements to the Integration/Product team.
- Acting as a liaison between customer data elements and the software, offering tailored advice to optimize their use of our software.
We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a passion for working with data. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of experience working with relational databases and SQL.
- A strong understanding of ETL processes.
- Snowflake familiarity is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CSV, and EDI formats, and the ability to quickly organize data.
- 2-4 years of experience helping customers solve technical software problems and providing exceptional support.
- Familiarity with managing and working through support requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working with customers through various communication channels, including Teams calls and email.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Information and Analysis, Information Technology, Business, or a related field with technical expertise.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
