About the Role

As a Strategic Industry Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving consistent and rising revenue generation within the specified industries of Bio-tech / Pharmaceutical / Cell & Gene Therapy. Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing new clients within your target industry by agreeing exclusive and contingent working agreements
  • Establishing terms of business with Bio-tech / Pharmaceutical / Cell & Gene Therapy companies
  • Expanding your network through face-to-face meetings with Clients & Candidates

You will represent and project the best company image at all times while maintaining good staff relations. Life Science recruitment industry knowledge/contract staffing experience is preferred but not necessary.
