Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at MasTec Civil, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction work complies with all safety regulations, engineering standards, codes, and specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Review project contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare project schedules, quantity reporting, project costs, cash flow projections, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to resolve project challenges, conflicts, and technical issues.
  • Prepare and submit prime and subcontractor change orders, manage document control, and maintain technical submittal lists.
  • Comply with notice requirements, issue correspondence to subcontractors and vendors, and assist with project closeout.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Construction Engineering and Management.
  • 4 or more years of experience in the civil construction field (office/field role).
