Senior Architectural Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build strong client relationships
  • Identify client needs and manage client expectations
  • Responsible for oversight and success of projects varying in size and complexity

Requirements:

  • Master of Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8+ years of architecture project management experience
  • Senior Project Manager: 10+ years of project management experience and Registered Architect in the US required
  • Experience and portfolio in multi-family, workplace, distribution/logistics, healthcare, higher education, public/civic/government work, aviation & aerospace markets preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and Bluebeam
  • Management and supervision experience
  • Experience and proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint ERP preferred
