Child Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Better Morning, Inc. as a Fee-for Service (16-20 hours per month) provider.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations with children and adolescents in a clinical office environment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing and managing medication as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Adhere to all DEA and FDA regulations regarding prescriptions of medications and maintain current professional licenses.
- Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner, or Medical Doctor with appropriate residency training in child and adolescent psychiatry or psychiatric nursing.
- Board certification preferred.
- Current valid DEA license and medical license in good standing with the DC Board of Registration.
- At least two to three years of experience performing evaluations, treatment planning, and prescribing to children and adolescents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and maintain a high level of focus.
- Competitive hourly rate: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour.
