We are seeking a skilled Child Psychiatrist to join our team at MASC Medical in Washington, DC. About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric mental health, with a focus on developing and implementing effective treatment plans that address the complex needs of our patients. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with a range of emotional, behavioral, and cognitive challenges
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify underlying causes of mental health issues
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed, while also exploring alternative approaches to treatment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric mental health
- A competitive base salary of $250k+, plus production bonus
- A 50/50 split of working hours, with 30 patient hours per week
- Four weeks of paid time off per year
