Key Responsibilities:
- Develop control systems or specialized projects to align with the defined scope and budget outlined in contractual agreements and sales estimates, ensuring compatibility of equipment.
- Deliver comprehensive sequences of operations.
- Utilize AutoCAD or Visio for drafting and guidance as necessary to produce accurate and professional submittals and engineered drawings.
- Analyze project documentation, estimates, and available information to select the appropriate equipment that fulfills the project requirements in a cost-effective and functional manner.
- Precisely estimate the labor needed to engineer a complete project and monitor this over time to meet budgetary and forecasting objectives.
- Propose technical solutions to sales and operational teams while consistently researching external product options.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred, or a two-year technical degree in HVAC or Electronics-related fields.
- Other technical experiences, such as military service or job training programs, may satisfy this requirement as determined by local management.
Experience and Expertise:
- Familiarity with basic computer systems, including the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot basic computer issues.
- Some programming experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in working with electronic instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Capable of diagnosing basic electrical and electronic circuits, including the ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics.
