Job Title: Account Executive, Ticket Sales

Job Summary:

The Houston Astros are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Ticket Sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling season tickets, group tickets, and single-game suites to fans and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new full and partial season tickets, group tickets, and single-game suites to fans and corporate partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Represent the Houston Astros at in-house ballpark events and off-site community events
  • Prospect and qualify potential sales opportunities, including leads provided by the team
  • Maintain accurate records of all season ticket customers and prospects in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field
  • At least one year of related ticket sales experience with a professional sports team
  • Strong desire to be a sales industry leader
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including home games, nights, weekends, and holidays
