Job Title: ServiceNow Asset Management Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Asset Management Consultant to join our team at DEW Softech, Inc. As a key member of our IT Asset Management team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) user teams, the ServiceNow technical development/implementation (ITSM) team, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day Asset Management processes, working directly with the process owner to oversee the entire asset lifecycle.
  • Provide practical training and step-by-step instruction aimed at enhancing knowledge and increasing adoption of standard hardware and software asset processes through the continued use of ServiceNow HAM/SAM Pro and related functions.
  • Identify and propose solutions to address systems resource and/or skills gaps required to maintain current and future ITAM states.
  • Assist in incident analysis, enhancement requirements analysis/demand creation, test case creation and execution, and basic report creation.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
  • 2 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM) experience.
  • Software Asset Management (SAM) experience.
  • ServiceNow HAM and SAM experience.
  • ITAM experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.

Preferred:

  • Current ServiceNow certifications (CSA, etc.).

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
