Ability First is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of House Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our group home, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Staff Management: Schedule staff and provide unit coverage as indicated by ratio requirements and member needs.
  • Operational Coordination: Schedule and coordinate daily operations pertaining to members and staff.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Implement and monitor daily group home schedules, accurately documenting each member's behavior, sleep pattern, interaction, and providing a professional approach during daily routine.
