At Circle K, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading by example to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in training and developing new Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Perform shift supervision, ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Complete grocery orders and deliveries, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries, ensuring that all products are received and stored correctly.
