We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a Level III Staff RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading the healthcare team in our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and education.
- Utilize effective communication strategies to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- 1 year of recent experience in acute care, ambulatory care, or home health/palliative/hospice care.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification.
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certification.
- PICC didactic course and recent PICC insertion experience may be required.
