Naughty Dog, a renowned game development studio, is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the studio's game development processes and ensuring the successful launch of AAA titles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with production leadership, design teams, and project leadership to ensure clear information flows within assigned pipelines.
  • Develop and implement broad high-impact initiatives and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain project or initiative plans, schedules, and roadmaps, ensuring the team is on track with their goals.
  • Communicate frequently and effectively with key collaborators on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of shared production processes to increase studio efficiency and quality.
  • Establish best practices across the production department and create workflows shared across the full project and studio.
  • Serve as a mentor and provide leadership, information, and resources to team members.
  • Improve processes used by the production team to ensure effectiveness and workload balance.
  • Work with the tools team to advance the development of production-related software.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of video game development, software development processes, and project management practices.
  • 6+ years' experience in a production role supporting cross-functional teams in the creation of AAA projects, including 2+ shipped titles.
  • Self-starter with team orientation, approach challenges creatively and methodically, and provide visibility and alignment with Lead Producer, Production Director, and key stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting efficiency within the production department.
  • Expertise in common production methodologies and tracking software (Jira, ShotGrid, Excel, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or equivalents).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, on both a personal and team level.
