Job Overview

At 160 Driving Academy, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting student drivers for our 4-week CDL training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with trucking companies and community partners to promote our CDL training program
  • Host potential students for in-office enrollment appointments and follow up on leads provided by our marketing and call center teams
  • Serve as a salesperson and new business development agent for your local area, building relationships with local governmental agencies and like-minded organizations
  • Host and attend community events and career fairs to promote our program
  • Support students from enrollment through graduation, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth transition into our program
  • Manage day-to-day on-site operations and responsibilities of your 160 branch, including opening and closing the office daily
  • Maintain accurate student and state files, complete enrollment paperwork, and collect tuition payments when applicable

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management or a related field
