Overview of the Application Support Specialist Role
The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting applications, supporting Core applications and systems, addressing and resolving errors, and communicating with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders. They will also improve application stability and performance, observe patterns and recurring issues, and advise on permanent fixes and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven application support experience and knowledge in scripting languages - JavaScript, Python.
