Job Summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst - Treasury Capital Markets to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and technical support to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Risk Management: Support the Treasury team in managing financial risk for the corporation, including commodity hedging and financial risk management.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide financial reporting and forecasting/budgeting support for the Treasury Capital Markets team, including management reporting deliverables for the Board of Directors.
  • Cash Flow Management: Collaborate with Treasury Operations and FP&A teams to develop a robust cash flow statement model.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Support the Treasury team with ad hoc financial analysis and modeling for strategic initiatives, such as 5-year strategic plans, capital structure, mergers & acquisitions, and competitor data.
  • Financial Covenant Analysis: Perform financial covenant analysis on a quarterly basis and develop a robust process for forecasting covenant ratios.
  • Share Buyback Programs: Execute on share buyback programs as directed by the Treasurer and CFO.
  • Lease vs. Buy Analysis: Perform lease vs. buy analysis and make recommendations to the Treasury team for various financing transactions.
  • SEC Reporting: Support the SEC reporting team for all debt/equity reporting and financial derivatives for disclosures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required, with a pursuit of MBA and/or CFA designation a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience preferred, with SAP system and Bloomberg technical expertise a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a great attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Software: Proficient with PC software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), with medium to advanced knowledge.
