Job Summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Treasury Capital Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and technical support to our Treasury Capital Markets team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Risk Management: Support Treasury in managing financial risk for the corporation, including commodity hedging and financial risk management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide financial reporting and analysis to support Treasury's management reporting deliverables, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Board of Directors.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Perform forecasting and budgeting functions for the Treasury Capital Markets team, including developing a robust cash flow statement model.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Treasury Operations and FP&A teams to develop and implement financial models and analysis.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as needed to support Treasury's initiatives, including 5-year strategic planning, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, competitor data, lease vs. buy, banking relationships, rating agencies, etc.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required, pursuit of MBA and/or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years related experience preferred, with expertise in SAP system and Bloomberg technical skills.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
