About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to join our team at Blueprint Hires in Olympia, WA. As a key member of our engineering firm, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee design, reporting, and planning for residential and commercial development sites.
  • Manage design and technical staff, setting deadlines and assisting in project work.
  • Engage with senior management and clients to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site grading, road design, and stormwater management.
  • Prepare specifications, engineers' estimates, and review monthly invoices.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Civil Engineering; MS preferred.
  • Washington State PE license.
  • 8+ years of civil engineering design experience.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
