This position involves overseeing daily field merchandising operations, ensuring program implementation, and maintaining quality standards within a designated area.

As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing merchandising staff and supporting numerous retail locations within your district.

Your responsibilities will include recruiting, hiring, and training team members to achieve high execution and store fill rates.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Train, mentor, and oversee all assigned personnel.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with retailer and client partners.
  • Organize staffing to fulfill client project needs.
  • Manage district expenses, including travel and overtime.
  • Control merchandising costs, including wages and travel expenses.
  • Conduct in-store merchandising tasks such as audits, training, and building relationships with store staff.
  • Establish a flexible workforce to manage fluctuations in merchandising activities.
  • Collaborate with a regional team to contribute to overall success.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Intermediate proficiency in web-based reporting and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent supervisory experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or field operations.
  • Solid understanding of retail and merchandising practices.

Travel Requirements:

Approximately 65% travel is necessary, including frequent visits to stores and collaboration with employees across the region. Overnight stays may be required based on business needs.
