Office Support Specialist III

About the Opportunity: Join our team as an Operations Assistant and contribute to the success of US Tech Solutions. As an integral part of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.
Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing requests for services, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process RFPs, break down specifications into individual work items, and rename and export control each work item.
- Update availability in IFS and attach relevant references.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, plotter paper, and toner to meet operational needs.
- Coordinate logistics for FedEx, UPS, and Office Depot packages.
- Assist with proposal preparation and submission.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks for Xerox machines, IFS, and SRDAP systems.
- Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- High school graduate and some college.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in MS tools and other software applications.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
