Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients? We are seeking a Level III Staff RN to join our team at Kaiser Permanente's San Diego Medical Office Building.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care to our oncology patients. As a Level III Staff RN, you will be responsible for leading the healthcare team, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring seamless communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the healthcare team and delegate tasks as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating outcomes
  • Ensure effective communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to departmental goals
Requirements
  • One year of recent experience in acute care or ambulatory care
  • Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Provider Certification or Pediatric Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Certification
  • Registered Nurse License (California)
  • BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification
