About the Job

This role involves working as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience when interacting with our associates. You will be responsible for scanning items, answering customer questions, and assisting with tasks such as gathering carts from the parking lot and cleaning restrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and thanking them after each interaction
  • Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Assist customers with their needs, including answering questions and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Benefits:

Walmart offers a competitive hourly wage range of $14.00 to $26.00, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation includes performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
