- Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Lead the team to understand internal and external customer's stated and implied needs, and ensure their expectations are met every time.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Equivalent Technical Degree
- Five Years' Work Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Solid Understanding of and Ability to Execute and Optimize Manufacturing and Quality Principles
- Base Knowledge of Statistical Methodology and Measurement Assurance/Calibration Principles
- Possesses ISO or TL Quality System Fundamentals
- Data-Based Decision Making Skills
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Data Acquisition, Consolidation, and Analysis from Multiple Sources
- Familiarity with Product Specifications and Measurements
- Statistical Process Control
- Experience with ISO 9001 or Similar Certification Process
- Knowledge of Internal and External Auditing
- Project Management Experience
