Job Title: Customer Programs Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer growth strategies in collaboration with Sales and Product Management teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage customer messaging and internal alignment, ensuring consistent and effective communication across all TE functions.
  • Coordinate and synchronize customer communications, deliverables, and timelines to drive successful program execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in product management, sales, or customer-facing roles, with a strong background in program management and customer coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and rally cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive tactical action and manage complexity.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $150,000 – $225,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
