Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

As an LPN Unit Supervisor, you will be accountable for delivering compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare while ensuring positive clinical outcomes, as well as patient, family, and employee satisfaction within your designated unit.

Position Highlights:
*Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure sufficient nursing coverage for safe patient care.
*Offer professional guidance and oversight to non-professional unit personnel.
*Assess educational needs of the staff and coordinate training with the Nurse Educator.
*Supervise medication management to guarantee adequate supplies and compliance with company policy.
*Engage in direct patient care alongside other unit nurses to maintain clinical skills.

Requirements:
*Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
*Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center's state.
*Must have at least one year of nurse management experience.
*Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification

Compensation:
$34 - $37 / hour
