Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure sufficient nursing coverage for safe patient care.
- Guide and supervise non-professional staff within the unit.
- Assess the educational needs of staff and work with the Nurse Educator to develop appropriate training programs.
- Oversee medication management, ensuring adequate supplies and compliance with company policies.
- Engage in direct patient care alongside unit nurses to maintain clinical skills.

Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited licensed practical nursing program.
