We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Unit Manager - LPN to join our team at Uptown Rehabilitation Center in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage and provide guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care and maintain skills alongside other unit nurses.
- Medication Management: Oversee medication management to ensure adequate supplies and adherence to company policy.
- Staff Development: Identify educational needs of staff and develop training programs with the Nurse Educator.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
- Licensure: Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center's state.
- Competitive Pay: $34 - $37 per hour.
- Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week.
