About the Role
As a seasoned data science professional, you'll lead the development of cutting-edge machine learning models and statistical analysis to inform our AI product offerings. Your expertise will help us craft highly effective messaging strategies that drive real results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze customer behavior and preferences.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and high-quality insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into product development and marketing strategies.
- Present complex data findings to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and data science to continuously improve our AI product offerings.
Requirements
- Ph.D., M.S. or Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, or other quantitative fields.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a business setting.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or equivalent.
- Experience in customer lifetime value modeling and personalization systems.
- Knowledge of experimental design and analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with productionizing algorithms for real-time systems.
What We Offer
At Attentive, we offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $280,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
