The Registered Client Services Associate is an evolving professional role that combines specialized knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and practices. This position requires a solid grasp of how the team collaborates with other areas to achieve the objectives of the job family.

Utilizing analytical thinking and familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies, the associate systematically breaks down information into clear and communicable insights. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are essential for exchanging potentially complex or sensitive information. The role has a moderate but direct impact through close engagement with the core activities of the business. The quality and timeliness of the services provided will significantly influence the effectiveness of both the individual and closely related teams.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide wealth management services to clients with guidance from the Banker teams.
  • Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring consideration for the firm's reputation and the safeguarding of its clients and assets. This includes compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adherence to policy, and the application of sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices.
  • Proactively escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines with strong organizational and time management skills tailored to the needs of banker teams and clients.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and data analysis, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience with a solid background and interest in operations and compliance; previous sales referral experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of investments, banking, and credit products.
  • Licenses: Series 7/63 or 7/66 or willingness to acquire.
  • Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
