Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with chefs to discuss assignments, expected business levels, and other relevant information.
  • Complete opening tasks, including setting up your workstation with necessary tools and supplies.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and functionality of all kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Review production schedules and prioritize tasks, informing chefs of any supply needs.
  • Prepare for the next meal service after the current meal period.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
