- Collaborate with HR team members and training facilitators to ensure all logistics are in place.
- Maintain training schedules, track attendance, and compile feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate training materials, venues, and participant communications.
- Provide logistical support for local onsite recruiting events, including career fairs and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Assist in the setup of event booths, promotional materials, and registration processes.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates attending recruiting events, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate recruiters.
- Collect and organize candidate resumes and contact information.
- Handle incoming calls to the HR department, triage inquiries and requests, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees and external parties.
- Document and track employee inquiries and concerns for reporting purposes.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, policies, and compliance forms.
- Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Previous experience in HR coordination, administrative support, or event planning is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and database management is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
