  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate training events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and training facilitators to ensure all logistics are in place.
  • Maintain training schedules, track attendance, and compile feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate training materials, venues, and participant communications.
  • Provide logistical support for local onsite recruiting events, including career fairs and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Assist in the setup of event booths, promotional materials, and registration processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates attending recruiting events, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate recruiters.
  • Collect and organize candidate resumes and contact information.
  • Handle incoming calls to the HR department, triage inquiries and requests, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees and external parties.
  • Document and track employee inquiries and concerns for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, policies, and compliance forms.
  • Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in HR coordination, administrative support, or event planning is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and database management is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
