Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to all clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction with our services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating our company's core values and providing guidance and support to your team members.
  • Logistical Decision Making: Make informed decisions regarding job assignments, equipment usage, and customer communication.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and company policies, and conduct daily truck inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Marketing and Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, and promote our brand during downtime.
