Job Summary
As a Store Manager at Spencer's, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective management of store operations, including controlling expenses, shrinkage, and human resources. You will also oversee merchandising and inventory control, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain guest services to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Oversee store operations, including managing expenses, shrinkage, and human resources
- Develop and implement merchandising and inventory control strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
