About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer to spearhead our technological advancements and propel our IT strategy. This role presents a unique opportunity to develop and expand a successful IT framework within one of the most rapidly advancing SaaS companies in the B2B sector. We are in search of a proactive leader who can drive results swiftly. This position will be crucial in fostering technological innovation and operational efficiency across our premium services, including network management, IT security, and managed services, all delivered through our state-of-the-art Command|Link platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT leadership, particularly within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, and will be capable of leading strategic technology initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Formulate and implement strategic IT initiatives that align with Command|Link's business goals.

· Oversee the planning and execution of technology strategies, ensuring they support overall business objectives.

· Manage a comprehensive global IT budget, optimizing resource distribution for maximum effectiveness.

· Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless technology integration.

· Analyze and report on technology performance metrics, leveraging insights to continuously enhance operations and demonstrate return on investment.

· Employ AI tools and emerging technologies to innovate and refine IT processes.

· Partner with external vendors and collaborators to expand technological capabilities.

What You'll Need for Success:

· A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IT leadership, with a strong emphasis on strategic technology initiatives. Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment is highly desirable.

· Proven track record in developing, executing, and optimizing IT strategies across various technology platforms.

· Familiarity with AI tools and methodologies to rapidly deliver high-quality outcomes.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

· A strategic mindset with the capability to manage multiple projects and priorities, showcasing innovation and results in technology initiatives.
