Position Overview

We are seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead our Emergency Medicine department. This role involves overseeing medical operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary medical leader for one facility while supporting another as the Associate Medical Director.
  • Collaborate with a team of 23 core physicians and 18 PRN physicians to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to ensure compliance with medical standards and protocols.
  • Participate in strategic planning and implementation of medical initiatives.
Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

  • Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (BC/BE ABEM or AOBEM).
  • Prior leadership experience in a medical setting.
