We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Become familiar with products and services to make recommendations and suggestions to customers.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end, kitchen, and car wash areas.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising as needed.
- Participate in cross-training and assist in other areas as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-6 months of retail experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
