Customer Service Representative

A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to fill a key role in their team. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and be proficient in using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, SalesForce, and Adobe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter orders and manage inventory
- Provide pricing and handle quotes
- Maintain shipping documents and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with customers via email and telephone
- Trace orders through various carriers to ensure timely delivery
- Adjust orders as needed to meet customer requirements
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, SalesForce, and Adobe
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
