Job Description

A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to fill a key role in their team. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and be proficient in using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, SalesForce, and Adobe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders and manage inventory
  • Provide pricing and handle quotes
  • Maintain shipping documents and ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email and telephone
  • Trace orders through various carriers to ensure timely delivery
  • Adjust orders as needed to meet customer requirements
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, SalesForce, and Adobe
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
