Job Title: Snap AV Sales Lead

Resideo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AV Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing market share, uncovering new opportunities, and driving solutions with our AV partners (customers) that result in long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and support to our AV customers.
  • Increase AV sales in local markets through wallet share and new account acquisition.
  • Meet and exceed revenue, gross margin, and exclusive brand goals.
  • Strengthen current customer relationships through proactive call-out campaigns, educating customers, and providing overall AV guidance and solutions.
  • Create and/or develop relationships with suppliers and supplier representatives.
  • Implement customer trainings to drive sales growth.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in coordinating A/V and Smart Home branch events, counter days, etc. with vendors or reps.
  • Complete and report on all aspects of AV branch merchandising and oversight.
  • Provide market intelligence and guidance to manager.
  • Demonstrate value-based benefits of solutions.
  • Assist customers with warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product, and delivery options as part of the sales process.
  • Serve as the go-to AV expert, staying up to date with the latest product updates and new releases.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Residential AV knowledge/experience, including Smart Home experience.
  • Familiarity with and ability to program control systems, including RTI, Control4, Savant, Creston, Lutron, Holm, etc.
