We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Applied Industrial Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of outside sales experience in industrial distribution or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
