This position involves maintaining the quality and functionality of our properties, ensuring that they remain welcoming and well-kept for our residents.
We are currently looking for a skilled maintenance technician to fill a role at a new community.
- Location: Chamblee, GA area
Training will be provided at one of our established communities in the surrounding areas.
We prioritize the development of our employees and promote from within, offering training opportunities for those who aspire to advance their careers.
Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with participation in an emergency on-call rotation required.
Compensation includes bonuses for on-call duties.
Ideal candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in residential maintenance, with skills in electrical work, plumbing, appliance repairs, and general upkeep.
While CFC/EPA Certification for refrigerant handling and HVAC repair experience is advantageous, we are willing to provide training for those interested in obtaining certification.
Reliable transportation is essential, and a background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
