Our Team
We are seeking a self-motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, obtaining customer and vehicle data, and providing a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Check on the progress of repair throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promise time
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles by manufacturers' specifications
- Monitor technician productivity and perform daily team meetings
Qualifications
- Sales experience or customer service experience
- Automotive service experience is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment testing
