Job Title: Project Architect for K-12 and Higher Education

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team in San Diego, CA. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project document development for complex K-12 projects, both large and small.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project document development, ensuring quality and adherence to project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project team members to maintain work product quality.
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure financial health of projects and quality of project documents.
  • Lead cross-functional design disciplines in developing technical solutions.
  • Apply practice standards and maintain comprehensive design and technical skillsets across project deliverables.
  • Ensure BIM standards are applied, QA/QC procedures are followed, and clash detection issues are resolved.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience as a Project Architect.
  • Proficient in REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Licensure in California.
  • DSA experience.
  • Demonstrated K-12 or Higher Education portfolio.
