Senior Project Architect Opportunity

At Arcadis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our Healthcare Practice Group in San Diego. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive project delivery experience and driving the advancement of technical delivery within the practice and on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Arcadis and coordinate with the design team, project manager, contractor, and client to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Review and respond to all submittals, RFI's, change orders, and amendments to construction documents.
  • Track the project schedule with the contractor and client.
  • Mentor and direct junior staff in construction administration efforts.
  • Track TIO forms and amend as needed.
  • Coordinate with the UC agency, HCAI, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to manage the project budget.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Architect in California.
  • 10+ years of experience in Healthcare, Construction Administration, and with OSHPD/HCAI.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
