Key Responsibilities
  • Respond swiftly to urgent situations, including water and fire damage.
  • Assess and execute restoration tasks, including water extraction and equipment setup.
  • Manage and maintain work vehicles with all necessary tools and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding safety hazards and job site conditions.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
  • Carry out restoration and cleanup duties, including drying and site sanitation.
  • Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties affected by disasters.
Position Requirements
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Willingness to work on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • IICRC certification is advantageous
Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly
  • Capability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry items
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents
