Residential Specialist

At The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Specialist to join our team. As a Residential Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with mental health needs in a 24/7 community-based adult residence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living support and mental health management to residents
- Assist residents in developing skills for independent living
- Support residents in achieving their wellness and recovery goals
- Participate in direct 1:1 and group activities
- Help residents with apartment maintenance and daily tasks
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
- Ensure effective communication with the treatment team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or education/counseling from an accredited university
- Valid driver's license and automobile with liability insurance
- Ability to climb stairs and stay physically active throughout the day
- Basic computer and email skills
