Leasing Specialist Opportunity

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at Lambertson Farms Apartment Homes in Thornton, Colorado.

About the Role

  • As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining optimum occupancy through the leasing of units and renewal of existing leases.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.
  • Responsibilities will include leasing apartments, converting telephone traffic to appointments, touring community with prospective residents, and pre-qualifying applicants.
  • You will also be responsible for reviewing pending applications, notifying applicants on the status of their application, and moving-in new residents.
  • Additional duties will include reviewing all necessary paperwork with new residents, accepting payment, and delivering move-in gifts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service/sales-related industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
  • Self-motivated, positive personality, and sales motivation.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional, neat, and well-groomed manner at all times.
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs to show apartments to prospective residents and lift no more than 25 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance may be required.
  • Work Schedule: Monday, Friday, and Saturday (9am-6pm).
