- Total Compensation range depending on experience: $20-22 hourly
- Additional leasing commissions averaging $500 and higher per month.
- Quarterly bonuses based on team performance, including a renewal staff split bonus.
- Working Tuesday through Saturday with a daytime schedule when prospective residents are out looking for their new home.
- Helping to bring in qualified traffic to help lease vacant apartments.
- You will make a difference in someone’s life, valuing connections and engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Answer incoming calls and convert leads into community tours by following up with all prospects. and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood.
- Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community with energy and enthusiasm that result in new leases.
- Maintains a strong competitive leasing closing ratio.
- Ensure successful leasing by facilitating the application process at the end of the tour.
- Maintain and follow up on traffic in the queue.
- Assisting in generating awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
- Assist team with distributing resident correspondence and notices while maintaining the privacy of confidential and sensitive information.
- Ensure the leasing office is clean, orderly, and professionally presentable at all times.
- Create, store, and maintain residential files, while ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Accept and document service requests; follow up upon completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Brings at least 2 years of residential or commercial leasing experience
- Have the ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with our prospects
- Prior sales and customer service experience is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn & contribute to the teams’ efforts
- You have an excellent attendance record
- Has the willingness to perform varied tasks with a sense of urgency. Able to prioritize tasks, presenting simple solutions to solve complex problems.
- Has experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar)
- Prefer experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi & Rent Café
- Has the ability to walk units and tour multiple floors
- Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver's License in good standing and reliable transportation for consideration of hire.
