Job Overview

The Reconstruction Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that all activities align with project goals and standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct on-site supervision of field personnel, including technicians and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with Reconstruction Supervisors and Estimators to manage production efforts effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
  • Work closely with the Paul Davis team to consistently deliver Quality Jobs on Budget (QJOBs).

Essential Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as RMS, MICA, and Xactimate.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in leading field teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Core Competencies:
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communicator with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable transportation and a smartphone are required.

Performance Metrics:

Success will be evaluated based on the quality of work delivered and adherence to budgetary constraints, which includes:

  • Customer experience and craftsmanship quality.
  • Recruitment and retention of personnel and subcontractors.
  • Resolution of customer and personnel complaints.

General Duties:
  • Assist in project scoping and completion.
  • Manage small-scale projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure job site readiness for upcoming trades and validate compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Supervise field staff to meet daily operational goals.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance records as required.
  • Conduct daily site visits to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Support and train technicians to foster a productive work environment.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires the ability to:

  • Remain stationary for up to 20% of the time.
  • Move around job sites, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Occasionally ascend and descend ladders.
  • Lift items weighing up to 60 lbs as needed.
